Every season leaves something within us.
Something learned. Something softened. Something strengthened. Something we understand now because we have lived our way into knowing it.
As we approach the turning of the season, Wholehearted Harvest offers a day to pause long enough to notice.
What have you been cultivating within yourself?
What wisdom has emerged through the months behind you?
What has reached completion?
What feels ready to be gathered, honored, integrated, or carried forward?
Wholehearted Harvest Summit is a live virtual gathering devoted to those questions.
Together, a small circle of therapists, teachers, and guides will explore harvest through psychology, spirituality, contemplative and embodied practice, plant wisdom and seasonal nourishment, nature, archetypal and symbolic wisdom, energy and imagination, and the intelligence of the living world.
This is a space for reflection and experience.
A place to gather some of what life has been teaching you before moving into the season ahead.
Arrival • Nourishment • Connection • Grounding • Courage • Deep Listening • Integration.
Over six spacious hours, we will move through a deliberately unfolding journey
Each hour brings a different lens into the larger conversation, allowing the day itself to become a kind of practice.
We will explore:
Seasonal reflection
Listening for what has ripened, shifted, completed, and begun to reveal itself.
Embodied wisdom
Making room for what the body and nervous system know alongside what the mind can name.
Nature & the living world
Remembering ourselves as participants in larger rhythms of change, restoration, connection, and renewal.
Psychology & spirituality
Holding emotional life, symbolic meaning, intuition, and lived experience within the same conversation.
Rest & integration
Creating space for insight to settle through contemplative and restorative practice.
We will begin by arriving - into the gathering, into the body, and into the threshold of the season.
Dr. Sally Nazari will open the summit with a psychological and contemplative frame for harvest: noticing what has grown within us, recognizing what our lived experiences have taught us, and beginning to listen for what is ready to be gathered.
A gentle arrival practice will help us settle into the day together.
Within our opening hour, Tamara will invite us into relationship with the plant world through an herbalist’s lens. Which plants, herbs, or trees call to you? Do you hear them? Your inner healer is waiting patiently for you to remember her. Tamara will discuss the botanical healers she turns to this time of year for nourishment, along with those who offer their loving support during our own personal harvest. Herbal recipes are included, along with a free Wholehearted Harvest Herbal Tea blend sample that Tamara will happily send to you. This combination came to Tamara specifically for the summit.
From there, the day moves naturally into the bees and the hive - allowing plant wisdom to become a bridge from arrival into connection.
The wisdom of the hive opens our exploration outward into relationship, nourishment, presence, and collective intelligence.
Through a bee-inspired teaching and meditation, Tiffany will invite us to consider what the honeybee can teach us about belonging, discernment, cooperation, and returning to ourselves.
Her session will offer a beautiful entry into the experience of harvest: gathering what nourishes us, tending what sustains life, and allowing scattered parts of ourselves to find their way home.
The natural world offers its own language for change.
Cycles of growth and dormancy. Ripening and release. Movement and rest. Renewal occurring in its own time.
Lisa Blackwell, a therapist whose work incorporates mindfulness, nature, and empowerment, will bring a nature-centered therapeutic lens into the day.
Together, we will explore the relationship between the living world and our own inner rhythms - how connection with nature can support grounding, nervous-system restoration, reflection, and our capacity to listen for what a season of life may be asking of us.
As the day deepens, Julie Mae Biron will guide us into the terrain of the inner warrior.
Through the archetypal language of Chiron and its final retrograde into Aries, we will explore themes of identity, courage, agency, selfhood, and the wisdom that can emerge through the places where we have been asked to grow.
What have our wounds taught us?
What capacities have been forged through meeting them?
What strength, truth, or medicine are we now ready to recognize as part of our own harvest?
As the day moves deeper inward, Rebecca Yevchak will guide us into the imaginal landscape through an energetic dreamscape journey devoted to listening for the symbols, images, and inner knowing that arise from within.
Drawing from her work as a psychotherapist, lifelong dream explorer, and Reiki practitioner, Rebecca will invite us into a spacious, trauma-attuned experience of turning inward for guidance - allowing meaning to emerge through imagery, intuition, felt sense, and the wisdom of our own inner worlds.
Rather than needing to immediately interpret what appears, we will have room to notice, receive, and become curious about what our symbols may be carrying.
What wants to be seen?
What has been quietly gathering beneath the surface?
What image, message, or knowing might be ready to accompany us into the season ahead?
Her journey offers an imaginal and energetic bridge between the courage of the Inner Warrior and the integration that will close our day.
Our final hour will offer space to gather what the day has opened.
Dr. Sally Nazari will weave together the themes that have traveled with us - from the wisdom of the hive and the rhythms of the natural world to courage, identity, and the deeper meanings of harvest.
Through reflection and a restorative yoga nidra-inspired practice, we will allow the day to settle beyond the level of ideas.
A final invitation to listen inward:
What are you carrying with you now?
What are you ready to honor?
What wants to travel with you into the season ahead?
A small circle of therapists, teachers, and guides will explore harvest through psychology, spirituality, contemplative practice, nature, archetypal wisdom, embodiment, and the intelligence of the living world.
Host | Licensed Psychologist | Founder, Wholehearted Summits
Dr. Sally Nazari is a licensed psychologist, educator, contemplative practitioner, and founder of the Wholehearted Summit series. Her work lives at the meeting place of psychology, spirituality, nervous-system wisdom, contemplative practice, and the human search for meaning.
Through her clinical work, teaching, retreats, continuing education, and emerging body of work around restoring the sacred to the psyche, she creates spaces in which psychological depth and spiritual experience can be held together with curiosity, grounding, and care.
Tamara is a lifelong seeker, crafter, mother, social worker, and budding herbalist. Her journey has brought her back home to Central Illinois where she is reconnecting with the magic of the seasons. Tamara enjoys studying the moon and stars, natural healing remedies, and ancient practices. She wants to share and celebrate this wisdom with you.
Tiffany brings the wisdom of bees and the living intelligence of the hive into a practice centered on presence, nourishment, belonging, and connection.
Her Wholehearted Harvest offering will include a bee micro-class and honeybee meditation, inviting us into a different way of understanding what it means to gather, to return, and to participate in something larger than ourselves.
Lisa Blackwell is a therapist whose clinical work has included community mental health, trauma, grief, anxiety, stress, self-doubt, addiction treatment, work with veterans and families, and support for LGBTQ+ clients and women.
Her approach includes mindfulness, empowerment, and connection with nature—an orientation that makes her work especially resonant with the seasonal and restorative heart of Wholehearted Harvest.
Julie brings an astrological and archetypal lens to the deeper questions of identity, healing, intuition, and becoming.
For Wholehearted Harvest, she will guide us through Chiron’s final retrograde into Aries and the wisdom of the inner warrior—inviting us to recognize what our own journeys have cultivated within us.
Rebecca is an avid dream explorer since birth turned magical, mystical psychotherapist. She encourages clients to turn inward for guidance, drawing on their own culturally rooted wisdom alongside tools honed through her clinical education, Reiki energy healing, and intuitive nudges. Each session, workshop, group, and relationship takes on a unique shape, always created with a trauma-attuned approach, hand-forged rapport, and embodied safety and security.
There are things we understand through thought.
There are things we recognize through the body.
There are things the natural world reflects back to us.
There are things we discover through symbol, story, relationship, intuition, rest, and lived experience.
Wholehearted Harvest brings these ways of knowing into conversation.
We do not need to arrive with an answer to what this season has meant.
We only need to arrive willing to listen.
Wholehearted Harvest also sits within a larger seasonal journey.
In November, Dr. Sally Nazari will gather a small group of women in Florida for Rekindle Your Magic, a four-day immersive retreat devoted to restoration, reflection, nature, creativity, ritual, embodied practice, and reconnecting with the parts of ourselves asking to be heard again.
The summit offers a glimpse into that way of gathering.
The retreat gives us several days to inhabit it.
There is nothing you need to decide about November in order to join us here.
For now, you are invited simply to enter the Harvest.
