Serenity & Silence is an introductory mindfulness course designed to support emotional regulation, clarity, and presence in an increasingly fast-paced world.
Mindfulness practices draw from ancient contemplative traditions and are supported by a growing body of scientific research demonstrating their impact on stress reduction, emotional resilience, and overall well-being. This course offers a grounded introduction to mindfulness that is both accessible and clinically informed.
Throughout the program, we explore:
The foundations and science of mindfulness
Practical techniques for beginning and sustaining a practice
Tools for working with stress, emotional reactivity, and mental noise
Ways to integrate mindfulness into daily life and relationships
Approaches for maintaining presence in the modern world
Research has shown that a consistent mindfulness practice can help us:
Manage overwhelming emotions
Reduce stress and anxiety
Support physical and emotional health
Deepen relational connection
Develop greater awareness of our inner experience
Serenity & Silence is offered as part of my broader body of work in integrative psychology and contemplative practice. It is intended as a starting point: a gentle, structured introduction that supports further exploration and deeper practice.
This course is an invitation into that slowing, a gentle beginning, guided with care, where nothing is rushed and nothing is forced. Here, we practice mindfulness together, not as something to master, but as a way of meeting the body with safety, patience, and compassion.
This is a place to begin again - slowly, safely, and in your own time.
Reflections from participants
“What stood out most for me was not a technique, but the sense of being met. The approach Dr. Nazari uses to teaches mindfulness feels grounding and humane. I didn’t feel pressured to ‘do it right.’ I felt permission to slow down and actually listen to myself, which changed how I relate to stress in daily life.”

“This approach to mindfulness felt different from anything I’ve tried before. It wasn’t about fixing myself or clearing my mind. It helped me understand my inner experience with more compassion and steadiness. I found myself responding more thoughtfully in moments that used to feel overwhelming.”
