Academy of Chrysalis Resonance & Resilience

A Sanctuary for Learning, Deepening, and Remembrance

The Academy of Chrysalis Resonance & Resilience offers experiential courses and guided practices rooted in psychology, presence, and nervous-system-informed care.

This is a place to slow down and listen more closely.

About This Space

This academy was created as a practice-forward space. One where learning happens through experience, reflection, and embodiment rather than effort or performance.

Here, psychological understanding and contemplative practice are held together, with care for the nervous system and respect for individual pacing.

Nothing here is meant to rush you.
Nothing here asks you to become someone else.

Serenity & Silence: Getting Started with Mindfulness

  • Course
  • 25 Lessons

This course is an introductory offering to the core principles of mindfulness, nervous system awareness, and present-moment regulation in a way that is accessible, trauma-informed, and grounded in both clinical and contemplative traditions. It is designed as a gentle entry point, particularly for those who are new to mindfulness or seeking a steady, non-performative approach to practice.

Reflections from participants

“What stood out most for me was not a technique, but the sense of being met. The approach Dr. Nazari uses to teaches mindfulness feels grounding and humane. I didn’t feel pressured to ‘do it right.’ I felt permission to slow down and actually listen to myself, which changed how I relate to stress in daily life.”

“This approach to mindfulness felt different from anything I’ve tried before. It wasn’t about fixing myself or clearing my mind. It helped me understand my inner experience with more compassion and steadiness. I found myself responding more thoughtfully in moments that used to feel overwhelming.”
